Description: Human IL-17E ELISA Matched Antibody Pair Kit contains the key components required for the quantitative measurement of natural and/or recombinant Human IL-17E in a sandwich ELISA format within the range of 16-4000 pg/ml. Using the ELISA protocol described below, the recommended microplates, reagents and solutions, the components supplied in this kit are sufficient to assay Human IL-17E in approximately 1000 ELISA plate wells.

Capture Antibody: 25 ug of Rabbit Anti-Human IL-17E + 0.5 mg D-mannitol. Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in 250 ul sterile water for a concentration of 100 ug/ml.

Detection Antibody: 25 ug of Biotinylated Rabbit Anti-Human IL-17E + 0.5 mg D-mannitol. Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in 250 ul sterile water for a concentration of 100 ug/ml.

Recombinant Standard: 1ug of Recombinant-Human IL-17E + 2.2 mg BSA + 11.0 mg D-mannitol. Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in 1 ml sterile water for a concentration of 1 ug/ml.

Strepavidin-HRP: 17 ul vial. Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Upon receipt, streptavidin-HRP conjugate should be diluted using 153 ul of 1xPBS for a total of 170 ul at a concentration of 10 ug/ml. This solution can then be aliquoted into ten 16 ul vials and stored at 2-8C for at least six months.
