Description: Rat TNF-alpha ELISA Matched Antibody Pair Kit contains the key components required for the quantitative measurement of natural and/or recombinant Rat TNF-alpha in a sandwich ELISA format within the range of 47-6000 pg/ml. Using the ELISA protocol described below, the recommended microplates, reagents and solutions, the components supplied in this kit are sufficient to assay Rat TNF-alpha in approximately 1000 ELISA plate wells.

Capture Antibody: 26 ug of Rabbit Anti-Rat TNF-alpha + 0.5 mg D-mannitol. Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in 260 ul sterile water for a concentration of 100 ug/ml.

Detection Antibody: 51 ug of Biotinylated Rabbit Anti-Rat TNF-alpha + 0.5 mg D-mannitol. Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in 510 ul sterile water for a concentration of 100 ug/ml.

Recombinant Standard: 1 ug of Recombinant-Rat TNF-alpha + 2.2 mg BSA + 11.0 mg D-mannitol. Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in 1 ml sterile water for a concentration of 1ug/ml. Note

Strepavidin-HRP: 17 ul vial. Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Upon receipt, streptavidin-HRP conjugate should be diluted using 153 ul of 1xPBS for a total of 170 ul at a concentration of 100 ug/ml. This solution can then be aliquoted into ten 16 ul vials and stored at 2-8C for at least six months.
